Veterinary call-outs are either incidental , mostly an emergency , or for scheduled wildlife trans location , animal health check and more . Nearly all call outs will entail the subduing of the animal . Darting therefore is an important skill for a vet . You will get to shadow and assist the vet . Blood , sweat and tears of joy and sadness are part of the deal .Touching wildlife in this way is a privilege not many people get to have. It is most definitely a huge encounter !
